Website privacy & contact choices.
This explains the features on this site now. It does not replace the privacy rules of your email provider, Assurance Wireless or a solar project/provider.
Browse without contact details.
You can read program information, explore state resources and follow official links without giving us your name, phone number or email address.
State and service choices provide context, not an official determination of eligibility or availability.
Choices kept in your browser.
The site can remember service, state, utility and county preferences in this browser’s session storage when the browser allows it. These location and service preferences help you continue across pages. They are not sent as a contact inquiry.
You can remove these preferences using your browser’s website-data controls. Session storage normally lasts for the browser tab’s session. Blocking it still lets you use the site.
Household size and general benefit or income-screening choices are held in temporary component or browser memory, rather than saved with those location preferences. The site does not ask for exact income, Social Security numbers, account numbers or eligibility-document uploads.
Contact forms stay temporary here.
Household and organization contact details are held in the form’s component memory. The site has no connected first-party direct inquiry submission, contact database or CRM. Leaving the contact page or reloading clears the entered contact details. Switching organization sections retains an open inquiry while that page remains mounted.
The contact entry, email preview and manual-copy area are marked to exclude them from Manus Preview recording. The contact flow does not send entered details to analytics, write them to browser storage or automatically send an inquiry.
Required reply permission applies to your selected channel for that inquiry. It is not marketing permission or a text-message opt-in. Changing the reply method clears the old contact field and asks for permission on the new channel.
Email is a separate handoff.
“Open email to send” requests your email app with a draft addressed to Jensen@CommunitySavings.org. Opening the app does not send the message. You review and choose whether to send it there.
The optional preview shows the exact recipient, subject and full message. Copying text uses your device’s clipboard only when you choose the copy action. If the handoff or copy action fails, the full text remains available for manual email.
If you send an email, your email provider processes it and the recipient’s inbox receives the information you include. The temporary-form behavior described here does not determine inbox handling or retention. Ask us before sending information that needs a specific handling arrangement.
Provider sites use their own rules.
Official application and provider links leave this website. Those organizations handle their own applications, verification evidence and accounts under their own privacy rules.
Send qualification documents only through the appropriate official application route. Do not put personal application evidence, client lists or household benefit records in a general inquiry email.
