Phone help.

Phone paid for by us. A qualifying mobile plan with no monthly bill.

Community Savings pays for the device and our application and activation assistance. Assurance Wireless provides the included qualifying $0 Lifeline mobile service.

Assurance Wireless lists Rhode Island among its service states. That is not an address-coverage check or a Community Savings phone-availability promise. Eligibility, compatible devices, current terms and availability still apply.

Community solar.

Community remote net metering can credit eligible Rhode Island Energy electric accounts from an off-site project. Current openings and program-specific requirements must be confirmed.

No live subscription or provider application is confirmed by this selection. Ask whether a project serves your account, has capacity and accepts your account arrangement. If electricity is included in rent, review any housing/account-holder route; phone guidance remains independent.

Income-qualified solar routes

There is no verified universal individual income cutoff for every Rhode Island solar subscription. HUD areas can differ within Newport and Washington counties; select the actual HUD area or use the official local lookup. Affordable-housing routes have separate verification.

One bill or two?

A credit appears on the utility bill. The subscription payment arrangement depends on the project; a credit alone does not establish consolidated billing.

Compare income guidance.

Use the optional comparison without entering exact income or contact details. Lifeline and solar have different rules.

Optional comparison only. Choose a household size to see annual figures; you do not need to enter your income or share documents.

For Lifeline, count people who live together and share income and expenses. Solar programs may define a household differently. For more than 12 people, use the official lookup.

Limits can differ within a county. Select the actual HUD area for your town; if unsure, use HUD’s official lookup rather than a nearby area.

Choose a household size to display comparisons, or skip. Official eligibility information remains available.

Federal poverty figures here are 2026 references for the 48 contiguous states and DC. Alaska and Hawaii have different figures; other areas may need separate guidance. Use USAC’s applicable guideline before relying on an income route. Solar limits and assistance pathways vary by state and project.

Local HUD data is not established for this state selection. No guessed county limit is shown.
